I unknowingly broke the rules when I made this series of photographs of Brian Knep's piece "Healing #1" at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Ooopsie, but they are too cool not to turn into an animated gif. The installation was incredible to interact with.

What is this? It looks like moving carpet on the same spot of floor. Or was this different parts of the floor pieced together into a cool animated gif?
I stood as still as I could and photographed about every two seconds. The "carpet" is a projection that changes as you walk over it. It heals back together slowly after you walk. Look at the top of the frame and you can see some people walking over the edge.
